Pick Up & Delivery


  1. How quickly can you deliver?
  2. Orders placed before 2pm can be delivered on the next day. You may also choose a delivery time slot up to 7 days in advance. Need something urgently? Drop by our store to pick it up or send us a WhatsApp for assistance.


  1. What if I need to amend my delivery date, time, or address?
  2. Please contact us immediately if you need to make any changes to your delivery details. Unfortunately, if your order is already out for delivery, amendments will not be possible.


  1. What happens if I am not home to receive my order?
  2. Your order will be placed at your doorstep. Please be reminded that all raw meat and certain foods should be kept chilled or frozen as soon as you receive it to preserve its freshness and shelf life.


  1. Can I pick up my order?
  2. Certainly! You may either make your purchase directly in store, or select the "Pickup" option online during check-out. Select your preferred pickup date (up to one week in advance) and we will send you a text when it is ready for collection.


  1. What if I miss my pickup date or timing?
  2. Please inform us as soon as possible if you are not able to collect your order at your original timing. We will do our best to keep your order for up to 7 days. However please be reminded that fresh meat and certain food items may have limited shelf life. We will not be replacing these items once your order is packed and ready for collection.


Product & Ordering


  1. What if I have specific portioning and packaging requirements for the meat I wish to purchase?
  2. It would be best to contact us or head over to the store for us to best address your requests.


  1. Is everything I see online available in-store?
  2. Yes, unless the product is marked as being available "Online Only".


  1. What is the shelf life of the meat and seafood?
  2. For chilled meat, in general, if you are buying in bulk as an uncut slab still in its original packaging from the country of origin, you will still have 3-6 weeks of shelf life. If the meat has been portioned and repacked, it is best to consume it within a week of repacking. Please ensure that chilled meat is stored at a constant temperature of 0-4°C to maximise its shelf life. For frozen meat and seafood, most products have a shelf life of at least 3 months. Refer to the labels for specific Best Before dates.


  1. Are your products Halal-certified?
  2. Certain products that we sell do carry a Halal-certified label. For meats that are Halal-certified, we endeavour to process it independently of other products with a separate set of equipment, wherever possible. However, we regret to inform you that our butchery itself is not Halal-certified. You may contact us if you require any clarification.


  1. The item I require is out of stock, will it be replenished?
  2. We apologise that that product you want is not available. We will do our best to replenish the same stock or a similar alternative as quickly as possible.


  1. Do you offer discounts or trade pricing for bulk orders or events?
  2. Special pricing is dependent on the type and volume of products you intend to order. Please contact us to discuss further.


Cancellations & Returns


  1. Can I cancel my order?
  2. Kindly note that orders containing chilled meat, items on sale, or orders that are packed and ready for delivery or pickup are strictly non-cancellable. A cancellation fee of 5% of your order value applies to cover administrative and bank transaction fees.


  1. I received the wrong item / There is an issue with the product I purchased
  2. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please chat with us and we will do our best to resolve the matter in the quickest way possible.
